Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years in general office, facilities, or lodging administration.
• Experience managing and ordering supplies for a facility.
• Experience with facility key security programs and electronic key card systems.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and coordinating trouble calls with maintenance departments or external agencies.
• Experience creating personnel tracking and berthing records.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Valid state driver’s license is required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and daily operations of the barracks to ensure a safe, clean living environment.
• Manage resident check-in/check-out, room assignments, linens, and rules briefing.
• Maintain berthing matrix and resident tracking system.
• Serve as primary lodging contact for resident issues and requests.
• Operate barracks key security program, including programming and issuing key cards.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to report and track repairs.
• Inspect barracks rooms and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist in ordering and maintaining supplies for barracks operations.
• Support official events and student arrivals, including evenings/weekends as needed.
• Help create, maintain, and enforce SOPs for the barracks.
