Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in office, facilities, or lodging administration.
• Experience managing, tracking, and ordering supplies.
• Experience with facility key security programs, including electronic key cards.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance with facilities or external agencies (e.g., NAVFAC/SSC).

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall management and daily operations of the barracks facility to ensure a safe, clean living environment.
• Manage resident check-in/check-out, room assignments, linens, and briefing on rules and amenities.
• Maintain berthing matrix and personnel tracking for residents.
• Serve as primary point of contact for lodging issues and maintenance requests.
• Operate and maintain barracks key security program, including programming and issuing key cards.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to report and track trouble calls for timely completion.
• Conduct inspections of rooms, common areas, and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with ordering and maintaining supplies for barracks operations.
• Support official functions and student arrivals, including occasional evenings/weekends.
• Assist in creating and enforcing SOPs for the barracks.
