Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Facility Specialist for the Stennis Space Center, MS area. The role focuses on maintenance, upgrades, and safety programs, coordinating with NAVFAC and SSC to ensure timely, compliant facilities support.

The position requires extensive experience in project coordination within defense-related facilities, familiarity with MILCON processes, and the ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years’ experience as project manager or coordinator in construction or related environments.
• Six (6) years’ experience working with Navy Facilities (NAVFAC) procedures and related documentation.
• Six (6) years’ experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, improvements, and upgrades of facilities and grounds.
• Provide engineering technical support for planned and emergent maintenance.
• Coordinate oversight of facility maintenance and repair projects with government representatives and NAVFAC/NSS SSC.
• Monitor materials, funding, and schedule to support project timelines.
• Support safety programs (NAVOSH) and training coordination.
• Assist with long-range maintenance planning and cost-control studies.
