Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Barracks Manager at Stennis Space Center, MS to oversee daily operations of the barracks and ensure a safe, clean living environment.

Responsibilities include check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, linen issuance, resident briefings, safety and SOP enforcement, and liaison with NAVFAC/SSC for maintenance and events. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in general office, facilities, or lodging admin.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage inventories and track items.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall management and daily operations of the barracks facility.
• Manage resident check-in/check-out, room assignments, linens, and briefing residents on rules.
• Maintain berthing matrix and resident tracking system.
• Serve as primary point of contact for lodging customer service.
• Operate and maintain electronic key card systems.
• Coordinate with NAVFAC/SSC for maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct inspections for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory of supplies for barracks operations.
• Support official functions and events, including evenings/weekends.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for barracks.
