Job summary

RMGS, Inc. is seeking a Barracks Personnel in Mississippi to manage daily barracks operations, handle check-in/out, and ensure safety and cleanliness across living spaces. Strong customer service and security system experience are required.

The role involves coordinating with NAVFAC/SSC for repairs, maintaining berthing records, and supporting events; evenings/weekends may be required, with SOP development responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish may be required for some roles.
• Three+ years in general office, facilities, or lodging administration.
• Ability to work nights/weekends and non-standard schedules.
• Ability to obtain/maintain state driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall management and daily operations of the barracks.
• Manage resident check-in/check-out, room assignments, and linens.
• Maintain berthing matrix and resident tracking system.
• Serve as primary contact for lodging issues and maintenance requests.
• Operate barracks key security program and electronic door locks.
• Coordinate maintenance with NAVFAC/SSC for repairs.
• Inspect barracks for safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory of supplies for barracks operations.
• Support official functions and student arrivals, including evenings/weekends.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for barracks.
