Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to deliver handcrafted beverages and foods with a guest-first approach. You will ensure quality control, follow food safety standards, and support drive-up and order fulfillment in a fast-paced store environment.

Flexibility is required for nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will cover product knowledge, safety, and guest engagement to foster a welcoming experience for shoppers.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience is helpful but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners as directed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with handcrafted beverages and food.
• Uphold Starbucks and Food & Beverage standards and food safety rules.
• Handle food deliveries, replenishment, signing, backstock, and related routines.
• Support Drive Up and digital order fulfillment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Create a welcoming space; engage with guests and solve questions on the spot.
• Complete all required Starbucks trainings related to quality control.
