Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to deliver a welcoming guest experience while upholding food safety and quality standards. You will prepare handcrafted beverages and foods to recipe cards, assist with Drive Up and order pickup, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced setting. Prior Starbucks/food service experience is preferred, but not required, and strong guest communication is essential.
