Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by crafting beverages and food across all hours of operation.
• Uphold and apply Starbucks and Target standards for food safety and quality.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Support guest services such as Drive Up and order pickup and maintain compliance with safety policies.
