Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to deliver an outstanding guest experience while maintaining food safety and quality standards. You will handle beverage and food preparation, engage with guests, and support drive-up and in-store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task.
• Uphold the Food & Beverage standards and safety guidelines.
• Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, in-stocks, rotation, cleaning and signing.
