Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista. You will deliver handcrafted beverages and foods, ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining Food & Beverage standards and safety.

The role supports drive-up and in-store guest services, actively engaging guests with a welcoming attitude. You will work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, handling orders, operating scanners, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, crafting handcrafted beverages and food.
• Uphold Starbucks and Food & Beverage standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Execute processes including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and drive-up orders accuracy.
• Create a welcoming guest environment and assist as needed.
• Assist with drive-up and in-store guest services as required.
