Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to deliver a consistent, friendly guest experience and to help guests find what they need in a fast-paced store environment.

You will craft beverages and foods to specifications, follow food safety guidelines, and support store operations including Drive Up and back-of-house tasks. Training is provided, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues.
• Produce hand crafted beverages and food to recipe specifications.
• Follow food safety requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Support Drive Up processes and restock/clean as needed.
