Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Barista to create exceptional guest experiences. You will interact with guests, prepare tea, coffee, and espresso drinks, and ensure fast, friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work across shifts. Training on our standards and safe food handling will be provided to support a top-notch guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Food and Beverage experience is preferred but not required.
• Customer service focused and solution oriented.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
• Knowledge of math to figure cost, make change, and cash handling procedures.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders within 30 seconds of entry.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and espresso drinks.
• Operate coffee making equipment and clean machinery as needed.
• Handle payments using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment and assist teammates as needed.
