Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Food and Beverage experience is preferred but not required.
• Customer service focused and solution oriented.
• Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent, preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, acknowledge and take drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entry.
• Operate coffee making equipment and prepare beverages to standard recipes.
• Accurately total, process and collect payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with training and support other team areas as needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues with manager support.
• Adhere to grooming, uniform, and local regulations.
