Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional guest experiences by preparing tea, coffee, and espresso drinks, greeting guests, and upholding brand standards. The position supports the Dining Division and reports to the General Manager, with duties including cash handling and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Exceed First Class Service standards and maintain professional image.
• Greet guests warmly and take drink/food orders within 30 seconds.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment; clean as needed.
• Process payments accurately using POS system and handle cash securely.
• Assist with training new team members and support other restaurant areas as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area and comply with food safety regulations.
