Job summary

Alterra Snowshoe Resort is hiring for seasonal bar/restaurant roles at Snowshoe, WV. Position offers on-mountain housing, flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a pay rate of $10 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Stock beer coolers, liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice bins, glassware, napkins and other bar supplies.
• Replenish inventory throughout shifts to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Remove trash, recyclables, and empty containers from bar areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Assist bartenders with opening, operating, and closing procedures.
• Wash and polish glassware as needed.
• Restock service areas and storage locations.
• Deliver supplies and products from storage areas to the bar.
• Respond promptly to bartender and supervisor requests.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive guest and employee experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support resort operations and guest service objectives.
