Job Summary

Summary: Receives all liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes bar supplies throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Retrieves food and beverage items from kitchen and storerooms, delivers to bar.
• Sets up bottles, including 'top shelf' liquor on the back shelf.
• Ensures beer taps are functioning properly.
• Stocks bar snacks, napkins, and supplies.
• Assists with opening and closing side work.
• Buses tables, maintains cleanliness of bar/lounge areas, washes surfaces, and sweeps/mops floors.
• Prepares and serves beverages as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
