Job Summary

Summary: Perform duties to maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sweep and mop floors regularly to ensure safety and sanitation standards.
2. Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
3. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
4. Segregate and remove trash, and clean trash cans as assigned.
5. Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and food prep equipment.
6. Transfer supplies and equipment safely between storage and work areas.
7. Assist with setup for banquets and front-of-house as requested.
8. Help load, unload, and deliver supplies and products.
9. Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
10. Follow all sanitation and safety requirements.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
