Job Summary

Summary: Perform duties to maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweep and mop floors to ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and garbage, clean cans.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment.
• Transfer supplies and equipment safely.
• Assist with banquet setup and front of house as needed.
• Load, unload, and deliver supplies.
• Distribute supplies and utensils.
• Follow sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
