A family-owned hospitality company based in New Jersey, dedicated to creating world-class food and beverage experiences. CHG's latest project in Morristown, NJ involves managing multiple outlets within a sustainably built, mixed-use property, including a restaurant, conference catering, pantry services, and pop-up concepts.

What You'll Do:

1. Inspire Memorable Hospitality: Create meaningful, memorable experiences for guests, fostering a culture where hospitality is central.
2. Stay Guest-Focused: Collaborate with management to enhance guest experience and build a community of loyal regulars.
3. Partner with the Restaurant: Build strong relationships with front-of-house management and kitchen teams to align business goals.
4. Balance Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations and strategic responsibilities effectively.
5. Foster Relationships: Build trusting relationships with Chelsea Hospitality Group leaders, sharing best practices.

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in a well-rated restaurant
• Warm and inviting personality, with an ability to make guests feel at home
• Understanding of proper steps of service and industry-leading hospitality
• A passion for great service
• Strong hospitality mindset with attention to detail
• Collaborative and adaptable attitude, effective across teams
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods
