Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Collaborative and adaptable with cross-team work ability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, attentive service to guests to ensure memorable experiences.
• Work with management to respond to guest feedback and improve service.
• Coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to align on goals.
