Responsibilities

• Supervise scheduling, assign daily work, train team members in restaurant activities.
• Monitor and assist in evaluating team member performance.
• Assist handling guest inquiries, requests, and resolutions of complaints.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
• Manage product quality, service and satisfaction trends; address issues and implement improvements.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control.
