Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the beverage program across hotel outlets, ensuring consistent service and high-quality beverage presentation. You will manage inventory, develop drink menus, and train staff to deliver memorable experiences for guests.

Ideal candidates bring bartending background, mixology skills, and leadership. This role requires weekend availability with shifts from 4:00 p.m. to midnight and offers competitive hourly pay plus tips.

Qualifications

• Previous Bartending experience
• Previous experience in a similar or related position
• Must be ready to perform without introductory Bartending training.
• Demonstratedmixology skills, including the ability to consistently prepare high-quality cocktails for guests with sophisticated tastes.
• Ability to train and coach other team members on cocktail preparation, presentation, and service standards.
• Ability to activelybartend while supervising daily bar operations and maintaining excellent guest service.
• Candidates must be available to work any day of the week, Sunday through Saturday, including weekends and holidays.
• Shifts are from 4:00 p.m. to midnight

Responsibilities

• You will be the driving force behind our hotel's exceptional beverage offerings, ensuring our guests enjoy memorable drinks and excellent service.
• Your daily tasks will include supervising bar staff, developing drink menus, and monitoring inventory.
• You will report to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager or Director of Food & Beverage.
