Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in hotel or food service environment.
• Current Food Handler’s certificate or ServSafe certification required.
• TX TABC or RVSP licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and guide staff during shifts.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation and ordering.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train and coach new team members in bar procedures.
• Communicate with F&B management to align with service goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Track sales and identify opportunities for cost efficiency.
