Cantina Azteca is seeking a dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will supervise daily activities, manage staff, ensure food safety standards, and create an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests returning.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in quick-service/bar operations.
• Experience with food preparation and kitchen coordination.
• Supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
• Strong Clover POS and cash handling knowledge.
• Experience in fine or casual dining; catering is a plus.
• Familiarity with health/safety regulations.
• Staff training, budgeting, and shift-management skills.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all bar operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead staff training and development for service, safety, and product knowledge.
• Manage inventory and minimize waste.
• Oversee Clover POS transactions and cash handling.
• Coordinate shift schedules and onboarding new staff.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and health compliance.
• Develop creative drink menus and oversee bar-related food prep.
