Role involves hands-on leadership across service, kitchen, and bar, plus recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training to maintain standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• People-first leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions, and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to be hands-on and support all areas of restaurant operations.
