Job summary

The Mexicano | Chandler is seeking a strong Restaurant Manager to lead a high-energy team and ensure guest satisfaction from open to close. You’ll oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, coach staff, manage inventory and cost controls, and maintain sanitation and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of restaurant management, experience supervising 20+ employees, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing teams of 20+ employees.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Extensive food & beverage knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable leading under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory controls preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
