Cantina Azteca is seeking a dynamic Bar Manager to lead our fast-paced bar operations and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will supervise daily activities, train staff, and ensure food safety and compliance across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Extensive hospitality and restaurant management background.
• Experience with bar or beverage operations in fast-paced settings.
• Strong knowledge of Clover POS; cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all bar operations, including food and beverage service.
• Lead staff training and development to uphold service, food safety and product knowledge.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
• Oversee Clover POS transactions and cash handling procedures.
• Coordinate shift schedules, supervise team members, and handle interviewing and onboarding of new staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health regulations.
• Develop creative drink menus and oversee bar-related food preparation to meet quality standards.
