Job summary

The Maven, operated by Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking an experienced Bar & Outlets Manager in Denver to lead the bar and lounge operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Plan and manage outlets, hire and develop staff, monitor budgets, implement SOPs, and respond to guest trends while delivering exceptional service in a safety-compliant environment. Join a team that values craft and local culture.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post-high school education.
• Two to three years of full employment in a related position.
• Thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.
• Supervision/management communication skills required.
• Excellent oral communication with guests and associates.
• Ability to read schedules, forecasts, and SOPs.
• Knowledge of chemicals/agents for training purposes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the bar and other outlets to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, and regulatory compliance while meeting financial goals.
• Manage associates across outlets: hire, schedule, train, develop, coach, and conduct reviews.
• Forecast, monitor, and report budgets (labor, food, beverage, supplies) to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to guest trends and issues to ensure a quality experience and future sales.
• Create and implement promotions and displays to capture local market share.
• Monitor beverage inventory and maintain adequate stock; prevent waste.
• Ensure maintenance and sanitation of outlets and equipment.
