Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, focused on bar or lounge ops.

• Experience with POS systems for cash handling and sales reporting.
• Experience in budget management, inventory control, and cost optimization.
• Excellent customer service and leadership to drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise bar and lounge staff, including hiring and development.
• Oversee daily operations, shift management, and service quality.
• Manage inventory and purchasing to minimize waste.
• Utilize POS systems for accurate cash handling and reporting.
