Sage Hospitality Group seeks a driven Group Sales Leader to drive strategy and execution for The Maven Hotel and The Rally Hotel in Denver. You will manage new business development, account management, and a collaborative sales team to achieve room-night and revenue targets across both properties.

You will partner with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to align pricing, contracts, and service delivery with business goals, leading with experience and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• Requires advanced knowledge of sales and hospitality; management of people and complex problems.
• Must possess a working knowledge of Delphi.
• Decision-making that impacts more than one department; typically within hotel operations.

• Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat group business to meet goals.
• Lead and supervise the group sales team, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Develop and monitor annual group sales budgets for both properties.
