Job summary

The Corner Office in downtown Denver, part of Sage Restaurant Concepts, is hiring to plan and manage the restaurant, room service and other outlets. You will aim to deliver customer satisfaction, ensure compliance with policies, and meet financial goals.

You will lead teams, hire and train staff, forecast budgets, and promote promotions. The role requires 2+ years in hospitality, strong leadership, and vigilant for service quality.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post high school education.
• Two to three full years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
• Knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures to perform non-repetitive analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the restaurant, room service and other food and beverage outlets to achieve customer satisfaction and meet financial goals.
• Hire, schedule, train, develop, coach and supervise associates; conduct performance reviews and discipline when needed.
• Forecast and control budgets; ensure adequate staffing and inventory to provide top quality service.
• Respond to guest trends and issues to ensure a quality experience and drive future sales.
