You will partner with General Manager and culinary leadership to craft exceptional cocktails, aperitivo, and wine programs in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a high-volume bar or fine dining setting, including leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Experience managing beverage inventory and controlling costs.
• Experience training bartenders and bar staff.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and beverage service.
• Develop and mentor the beverage team.
• Drive beverage sales through service and upselling.
• Manage inventory, costs, and menu pricing with hotel and culinary partners.
