Qualifications

• Experience supervising catering, banquets and/or events.
• Strong leadership and staff scheduling abilities.
• Knowledge of health/safety and food service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Strategically lead the Banquets department and ensure events are planned and executed.
• Maintain inventory and records for sanitation, food, and equipment.
• Resolve guest complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Greet guests, seat them, and explain menu options and services.
• Schedule staff hours and assign duties; recruit and train staff.
• Review contracts and manage post-event reporting for guest satisfaction.
