Qualifications

• 5+ years of food & beverage experience, preferably in Banquets.

Responsibilities

• Manage Banquets Department to maintain service standards.
• Prepare and supervise all Banquet Event Orders.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and ensure staff compliance.
• Meet with guests and coordinate arrangements to satisfaction.
• Monitor guest feedback and handle complaints effectively.
