Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to lead banquet servers, bartenders, and support staff during events at our Tulsa properties. You will train teams, review BEOs, and ensure flawless delivery of service that meets luxury standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining proper setup, coordinating with event teams, and providing daily operational recaps. Strong leadership and English communication are essential, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of banquet supervisory experience; resort or hospitality experience preferred.
• Certification in TABC and TIPS is required.
• Knowledge of banquet, fine dining, and formal service standards including white-glove service.
• Proficiency with audiovisual equipment and banquet operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff during events and ensure service standards are met.
• Provide training, coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Review and execute BEOs, communicating event requirements.
• Ensure spaces are set and maintained per BEO specs.
• Conduct inspections for cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Coordinate with Event Management, Culinary, and Front-of-House teams.
