Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• This job requires the ability to perform the following: reading BEOs, reading and following policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet functions and equipment.
• Greet and serve guests according to policy.
• Read BEOs and prepare tables and buffets.
• Maintain clean banquet areas and proper food handling.
• Complete event paperwork and post-event tasks.
• Support Banquet Captain during events and down times.
