Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Setup Person to arrange, maintain, and break down banquet spaces for events. You will ensure presentation quality, coordinate with service and Event Sales staff, and enhance member and guest satisfaction through the 3-steps of service.

You will report to the Food & Beverage Director or Banquet/Restaurant Manager, work closely with teams, and handle equipment setup, break down, and housekeeping tasks as needed for successful events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, and table settings according to banquet event orders and floor plans.
• Ensure all equipment is properly arranged and functional, including interlocking dance floors.
• Tear down and clear tables and chairs following events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet rooms and storage areas.
• Support food running and bussing responsibilities during events.
• Assist service and banquet staff to ensure smooth event operations and high-quality service.
• Engage with members and guests professionally and address last-minute requests.
• Notify management of any complaints and assist with service recovery.
