Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Hotel Banquet Set Up Attendant to join our events team. You will set up and break down banquet spaces according to the Banquet Event Order, ensuring guest needs are met with attention to detail and professional presentation.

In a fast-paced hotel environment, you’ll move between venues, assist with supplies and equipment, and help maintain clean public areas during events. Join us to support memorable gatherings and contribute to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must have eye for detail, be a team player, and be willing to be flexible on hours.
• Requires ability to perform heavy lifting and mobility as events require.
• Must be able to move throughout event spaces and assist with setup and breakdown.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Order.
• Attend to guest needs during events.
• Maintain clean and presentable public spaces throughout events.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available and functioning as required by the Banquet Event Order.
• Track event supplies and equipment and store furnishings, reporting repairs as needed.
