Job summary

Invited seeks a Banquet Setup Person to meticulously set up, maintain, and break down banquet and event spaces, ensuring tables, chairs, linens, and equipment meet high standards of presentation and functionality. You will collaborate with service and Event Sales staff to support seamless event execution and enhance member and guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the F&B Director or Banquet/Restaurant Manager, you will assist with service support and ensure a polished, guest-focused experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service preferred.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions and work with team.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, and table settings according to banquet event orders and floor plans.
• Ensure equipment is arranged and functional, including interlocking dance floors as specified.
• Tear down and clear tables and chairs after events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet rooms and storage areas; address issues with F&B and Maintenance teams.
• Support food running and bussing during events.
• Assist service and banquet staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Engage with members and guests professionally, handling changes and last-minute requests.
