Schulte Hospitality Group in Atlanta is seeking a dynamic Banquet Setup Attendant to join our team. You will read room diagrams, set up tables, buffets, and A/V equipment for events, and assist servers during service.

The role requires a friendly, service-oriented team player with at least a high school diploma and one year in hospitality. We offer daily pay, health and life insurance options, 401k, PTO, and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of one year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Read and execute meeting/dining room diagrams for spaces, indoors and outdoors.
• Complete the physical setup and arrangement of tables, A/V and equipment according to the diagram.
• Assist in setting and breaking buffet tables and bars during and after events.
• Set up a room with F&B equipment and arrange buffets, stages, and podiums.
• Support servers by arranging plates, running items to bars, and setting up beverage stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas (lobbies, restrooms, parking) and assist bussers.
• Exhibit teamwork to ensure efficient event setup and perform other duties as assigned.
