Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Banquet Setup Attendant to support events with precise table layouts, buffet setup, and smooth service. This role requires teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to follow diagrams and directions.

You’ll join a team that values hospitality, offers daily pay, health options, and 401k. Previous hotel/restaurant experience preferred; high school diploma required; willing to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year in hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

• Read and execute meeting/dining room diagrams for indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Set up tables, A/V & equipment according to the diagram.
• Assist in setting and breaking buffet tables and bar during and after events.
• Assist in setting a room with F&B equipment.
• Arrange buffets, stages, and podiums.
• Help servers complete their tasks: arranging plates, delivering items, and setting up beverage stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobbies, parking lots, and restrooms; assist servers with bussing tables.
• Exhibit teamwork and leadership to ensure efficient event setup.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
