Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Banquet Setup Attendant to join our team in Myrtle Beach. You will read diagrams, accurately set up dining spaces, buffets, and A/V equipment for events while assisting servers and maintaining cleanliness of public areas.

The role requires at least a High School education and 1 year in hotel/restaurant serving. We offer daily pay, health options, and a range of benefits for our associates.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Minimum of 1 year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• Team-oriented approach and collaboration with staff.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Read and execute meeting/dining room diagrams for spaces (indoors and outdoors).
• Set up and arrange tables, A/V and equipment per diagram.
• Assist in buffet tables and bar setup during events.
• Prepare room with F&B equipment and arrange buffets, stages and podiums.
• Support servers by arranging plates, delivering items, and setting up beverage stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and assist with bussing tables.
