Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 1 year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

• Read and execute meeting/dining room diagrams for spaces indoors/outdoors.
• Set up and arrange tables, A/V and equipment per diagram.
• Assist in setting and breaking buffet tables and bars during events.
• Set room with F&B equipment; arrange buffets, stages, podiums.
• Support servers by arranging plates, delivering items, and staffing beverage stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and assist bussing tables.
• Demonstrate teamwork and leadership to ensure efficient event setup.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
