Schulte Hospitality Group in Savannah, GA is seeking a dynamic Banquet Setup Attendant to support event setups with precision and guest-focused service. You will read diagrams, arrange dining spaces, and assist service staff during and after events.

Minimum high school or equivalent and at least one year in hotel/restaurant serving roles are required. We value teamwork, clear communication, and flexibility to work varied shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School education minimum.
• At least 1 year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Read and execute meeting/dining room diagrams for spaces, indoors and outdoors.
• Set up and arrange tables, A/V & equipment per diagram.
• Assist in setting and breaking buffet tables and bar during and after events.
• Set a room with F&B equipment and arrange buffets, stages, and podiums.
• Help servers complete tasks: arranging plates, delivering items, and setting up beverage stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and assist servers with bussing tables.
• Exhibit teamwork to ensure efficient event setup.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
