Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Banquet Setup Attendant to join our team. You will read diagrams for event spaces, physically set up tables, A/V equipment, buffets, and bars, and assist servers during events.

Maintain cleanliness of public areas and ensure efficient event execution with teamwork. Minimum High School education and at least one year in a hotel/restaurant serving role are required.

• Minimum of one year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and execute meeting/dining room diagrams for events.
• Set up tables, A/V and equipment according to diagrams.
• Assist in setting buffet tables, bar, and service stations during events.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and assist servers with bussing tables.
• Support servers to ensure efficient event setup and execution.
