Job summary

Shore-Lodge-Whitetail-LLC is seeking a dedicated events team member to supervise and assist in set up and teardown across venues per BEO. You will create floor charts, determine equipment needs, train staff, and coordinate tasks to ensure timely, accurate execution.

You will operate vehicles to deliver equipment, oversee AV setup, and maintain organized, safe storage areas. Strong leadership and guest-facing service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist in set up and teardown of events per BEO and layout.
• Create floor charts and provide equipment needs and training to staff.
• Assign setup/teardown tasks to attendants and ensure timely completion.
• Operate company box-truck and transport equipment to venues.
• Break down venues and return inventory to storage.
• Maintain organization and safety of banquet storage areas.
• Bus tables during events and assist banquet team as needed.
• Knowledge of AV equipment setup and testing during setup.
• Maintain cleanliness of the banquet kitchen and venue area.
