Qualifications

• Venue, banquet, hospitality, facility operations experience preferred.
• Previous team leadership or scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, create, and execute room diagrams.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain room diagrams and venue layouts.
• Schedule, direct, and supervise setup and teardown staff.
• Ensure spaces are prepared accurately and on time according to BEOs, diagrams, and specifications.
• Conduct final room inspections before client and guest arrival.
• Coordinate room flips and setup changes.
• Provide operational support and resolve setup or facility issues as they arise.
• Maintain consistent room setup standards and collaborate with Events, Sales, Banquets, Maintenance, and other venue teams.
• Oversee storage rooms and inventory of venue equipment.
• Manage safe movement and organization of tables, chairs, staging, and related equipment.
• Maintain organized storage and work areas.
• Coordinate equipment needs for venue functions and special projects.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop setup staff in partnership with venue leadership.
• Create weekly setup schedules based on business volume and operational needs.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and assign clear tasks.
