Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a dedicated Banquet Supervisor to lead and train banquet staff, ensuring flawless event execution and memorable guest experiences. This role reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and collaborates across kitchen, service, and engineering teams to uphold service standards.

You will oversee set ups, inspect equipment, manage billing, and payroll for events, contributing to guest satisfaction and repeat business in a dynamic hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and direct banquet staff to ensure successful functions and repeat business.
• Report to: Director of Food & Beverage.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance and resolve problems.
• Supervise set up of function rooms per event order specifications.
• Inspect function rooms and equipment for cleanliness and proper inventory.
• Communicate calmly with kitchen, service, convention services, engineering and host to ensure timely execution.
• Supervise clean-up of function room and storage of equipment.
• Enter billing information into POS and process payroll for each event.
