Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an energetic Banquet Captain/Supervisor to lead our banquet team in delivering exceptional events. You will collaborate with the sales and events team to ensure flawless execution and maintain high service standards across all banquet spaces.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of banquet experience, supervisory skills, and a solid foundation in food and beverage service etiquette. Night and weekend availability is common in this role.

Competenze

• 2 year(s): Prior banquet experience is required.
• Hotel banquet experience preferred, especially Marriott branded experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead banquet events and coordinate with sales/events teams to ensure events meet client expectations.
• Assign and check work to ensure cleanliness and proper setup of public areas during events.
