Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a banquet server to assist with setting up banquet rooms, greeting guests, and serving food and beverages while upholding service standards. You will participate in roll calls, monitor guest satisfaction, and ensure rooms are reset for subsequent events.

Ability to work as part of a team and adhere to safety and etiquette expectations is essential. This role requires English communication, a professional appearance, and willingness to pitch in with coworkers

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Must be willing to be a team player and help coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room with linen, serviceware and glassware as instructed.
• Attend roll call meetings to learn function details and guest expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Serve food/beverage and clear dishes to maintain course progression.
• Comply with all relevant alcohol-service regulations.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Reset banquet room for the next function after completion.
• Maintain attendance and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
